Crop Scientist

Job Description: Mwabonwa Holdings is looking for a Crop Scientist to join our agricultural research team. As a Crop Scientist, your main role will be to study crop genetics, farming techniques, and ways to improve crop yields. You’ll also work on new methods to make crop production better for the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Researching crop genetics and characteristics.
2. Testing and reviewing new types of crops.
3. Creating ways to manage crops.
4. Working with other experts and researchers on farming projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Crop Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Past experience in crop research and farming.
• Knowledge of crop genetics and breeding methods.
• Good at analyzing and researching.
• Can think up new ideas and adjust to changes in farming.
