Job Overview

Silverback Aircon is looking for a Digital Marketing Team Leader who is dynamic and innovative. In this role, you will manage our multi-channel marketing efforts and lead a team of digital marketing professionals. The right candidate will understand how the digital marketing funnel works and be able to create campaigns that engage customers and drive sales. We want someone who can come up with fresh and creative strategies to boost our brand visibility and attract new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including:
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • PPC (Pay-Per-Click)
  • Email Marketing
  • Social Media
  • Content Marketing
• Performance Analysis: Analyze how campaigns are performing and adjust strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Customer Journey Optimization: Understand marketing funnels and use them to improve the customer journey.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and the latest digital marketing strategies.
• Innovative Strategies: Develop new ideas and implement creative strategies to acquire and retain customers.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a digital marketing team.
• Strong understanding of:
  • SEO
  • SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
  • Social Media
  • Content Marketing
  • Email Marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Knowledge of marketing funnels and optimizing the customer journey.
• Ability to think creatively and implement innovative strategies.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
