Junior Product Manager

As a Junior Product Manager at Paymentology, you’ll ensure our products comply with VISA and Mastercard rules and local regulations. This role involves keeping up with regulatory changes, working with Product Managers, and ensuring our products meet all required standards.

What You’ll Do:

Compliance Management:

  • Review and manage compliance with VISA and Mastercard rules.
  • Ensure our products meet local switch regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulatory standards.
  • Work with Product Managers to integrate regulatory requirements into product development.

Product Development Support:

  • Help conceptualize and develop new products or features.
  • Work with the Paymentology team to create detailed product requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and needs.

Project Coordination:

  • Support project planning and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams for smooth product launches.
  • Help prioritize tasks and features based on business and customer needs.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Analyze product performance, user feedback, and market data.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management for data-driven decisions.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

  • Facilitate communication between teams to align on product goals.
  • Create documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

  • Work with QA teams to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Participate in product testing, user acceptance testing, and bug tracking.

What It Takes to Succeed:

  • Entry-level experience in product management, project coordination, or similar fields through internships or early positions.
  • Understanding of product development, market analysis, or project coordination.
  • Ability to apply local switch mandates to product strategies.
  • Attention to detail to ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, especially VISA and Mastercard, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and product management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills in English.
