Online Customer Support Worker (Live Chat)

Job Description:

We are hiring online customer support workers to manage live chat for businesses on their websites and social media accounts. Full training is provided, and we need individuals who can start immediately. You can set your own hours, as long as you work a minimum of 10 hours per week.

What You Will Do:

  • Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on websites and social media.
  • Respond to queries about discounts, shipping rates, return policies, product availability, and more.
  • Assist both existing customers and potential new customers.

Contract Length: No fixed term

Pay Rate: $25 to $35 per hour

Skills and Requirements:

  • Access to a device with social media and website chat capabilities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
  • Availability for at least 10 hours per week.
  • Reliable internet connection.

Hours per Week: 10+ hours

Location: Remote work, available worldwide (United States preferred)
