RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Delivery Manager at Storyteller, you’ll ensure seamless project delivery from post-sale through launch and initial live operation, while actively enhancing and developing processes to improve client satisfaction.
What to expect:
- Initiating and driving delivery projects, aligning plans with client expectations and business objectives
- Estimating resources and participants needed for project goals in collaboration with management
- Controlling project schedules, tracking milestones, and adjusting timelines as necessary using project management tools
- Maintaining transparent client communication, managing stakeholder expectations, and negotiating scope changes effectively
- Reviewing client deliverables for adherence to specifications and high quality
- Proactively identifying and engaging with problems to propose solutions
- Managing post-launch support and conducting retrospectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects effectively
- Contributing to process improvements for client delivery
- Ensuring project documentation and processes are up-to-date and accurate
QUALIFICATIONS

PAYMENT
UK: Up to £60,000 per year US: Up to $81,000 per year Canada: Up to 97,000 CAD per year Europe: Up to 60,000 EUR per year (or local currency equivalent)
CONTRACT TYPE
- Full-time contractor contract: Fully remote working from anywhere in Europe!
- Full-time employment contract: Fully remote working from anywhere in the UK, US, or Canada!
RECRUITMENT PROCESS

- Follow-up exercise testing project management and problem-solving skills.
- Final interview via MS Teams with Dave, our Chief Technical Officer, and Andy.
