Remote HR Manager

At Andesa, we’re looking for a passionate HR Manager to work remotely. This role will help us achieve our goals by leading important HR initiatives, providing excellent support to our team, and ensuring HR excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Recruitment:

  • Lead hiring efforts and manage the recruitment process.
  • Work with managers to understand their staffing needs and find the best talent.

Training & Development:

  • Promote a “Culture of Mentoring.”
  • Create and run training programs to boost skills and support professional growth in a remote setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Manage our pay and benefits programs to stay competitive and compliant with industry standards.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback.
  • Work with leaders to handle performance issues and reward high performers.

Employee Communication & Counseling:

  • Lead employee engagement projects like appreciation events and community service.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
  • Help resolve employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.

HR Management:

  • Handle HR tasks with cross-functional teams and manage outsourced HR resources.
  • Improve HR processes and stay updated with HR trends.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring they meet legal and industry standards.

Strategy:

  • Align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to support our remote-first operation and positive company culture.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar experience.
  • Preferred: PHR, SPHR, or GPHR certification.
  • At least 3 years of HR Manager experience.
  • Understanding of employee ownership (ESOP) is a plus.
  • Experience with remote work.
  • Background in a technical/technology-driven company is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and uphold core values.
