Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management. You will work to establish Gallant Sports as the top choice for sports infrastructure solutions among educational institutions, corporates, and government bodies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales and meet revenue goals by pursuing and closing deals for sports turf, tiles, PVC Vinyl, and turnkey projects.
  • Promote New Products: Introduce and promote new air domes for sports grounds affected by pollution and sun.
  • Drive Maintenance Service Sales: Promote and sell maintenance services for sports grounds.
  • Collaborate on CSR Projects: Contribute to grassroots sports infrastructure development in underserved areas.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, corporate clients, and government bodies.
  • Client Meetings: Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to present Gallant Sports’ offerings.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to provide tailored solutions for clients’ sports infrastructure needs.
  • Prepare Proposals: Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Negotiate Terms: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to close deals.
  • Collaborate on Projects: Work with the project management team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Promote the Brand: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Gallant Sports.
  • Post-Installation Follow-Up: Follow up with clients after installation to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

Preferred Industry Background:

  • Experience in sports infrastructure, construction, building materials, or related fields.
  • Strong background in B2B and institutional sales, particularly with educational institutions, corporates, and government bodies.

Required Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sports infrastructure products and industry trends is a plus.
