Sales Manager

We are searching for a Sales Manager who can perform at a high level. The main goal of this role is to help us gain new customers and increase our company’s revenue. To do this, the Sales Manager will need to keep the company competitive and think of new, creative ways to improve. You will be responsible for getting the most out of our sales team by guiding and supporting them. You will also need to make detailed sales plans and explain those plans to the senior management team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales team to hit growth and sales targets: You will be in charge of leading the sales team to reach specific goals. This means setting targets and helping the team achieve them, which leads to the company’s growth.
• Create and execute a strategic business plan: You will design a plan that not only helps the company grow but also increases its customer base. Your plan should ensure the company has a strong presence in the market.
• Recruit, coach, and monitor the sales team: You will be responsible for hiring the right people to join the sales team. You will set goals for them, guide and train them, and regularly monitor their performance to ensure they meet expectations.
• Build strong relationships with customers: To ensure the company’s success, you will need to form deep and trusting relationships with customers. This means working closely with them and understanding their needs, so you can offer solutions that make them stay loyal to the company.
• Present reports to management: You will prepare detailed reports on sales, revenue, and expenses. You will also provide realistic forecasts to the management team, which will help them make informed decisions.
• Identify new market trends and competitors: You will keep a close watch on new market opportunities and changes in the market. This includes staying up-to-date on new products and competitors’ activities to ensure the company remains competitive.
