What You Will Do:
- Act as the day-to-day Project Manager for 4 – 7 active projects, demonstrating senior-level ownership over all project scopes/plans, client meetings, written status updates, demos, risk management, and iterative scope/expectation management.
- Consistently track and analyze project progress and budget burn, escalating concerns and/or risks to group and project leadership, and mitigating appropriately.
- Ensure superior quality deliverables through collaborative engagement with cross-discipline leadership, enforcing rigorous QA processes and standards to ensure end-to-end delivery and client satisfaction.
- Lead discovery engagements, defining cross-discipline project requirements and showcasing expert understanding of underlying client business goals and objectives.
- Identify strategic opportunities to engage with the 10up Account Management Team, collaborating towards building strong, long-term client relationships.
About You:
- Experience delivering full scope CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients, ideally in an agency environment, with a practical understanding of the WordPress platform.
- Proven ability to deescalate project risks by developing collaborative solutions with team members and leadership.
- Client-facing roles and responsibilities have been central to your experience, making you the main point of contact for client requests, escalations, updates, and senior-level consultation.
- Effective leadership of cross-discipline project teams, ensuring motivation and focus to deliver optimal project outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, internally and externally.

Salary Range: The expected annual salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $120,000 USD, determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and business needs.
