Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced English-Speaking Trainer for a temporary assignment of 3 to 6 months. In this role, you will conduct training sessions to enhance the English-speaking skills and accents of our customer-facing employees. You will design and deliver training programs that support our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct English-speaking and accent improvement training for customer-facing staff.
  • Assess participants’ current English proficiency levels and adjust training programs as needed.
  • Develop training materials, exercises, and activities to boost language skills.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help participants improve their English.
  • Work with the Training team to identify needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Keep accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an English language trainer or IELTS Trainer, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of English grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire participants.
  • Certification in English language teaching (e.g., IELTS, TESOL) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.

Duration and Compensation:

  • This is a temporary position for 3 to 6 months.
  • Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
