ForEach Partners

ForEach Partners is a software development company founded in 2018 in Belgrade, Serbia. We build products for clients across Europe and the Middle East — from video-on-demand platforms to financial services.

Our engineering culture is built on Specification-Driven Development (SDD): every feature starts with a specification, every line of code traces back to a requirement, and deterministic tooling enforces quality before code reaches review.

Since 2018, we run an internship program where engineers start on internal investment projects under mentorship, then transition to paid commercial work. In 2026, we reworked the program to be AI-first: all development uses Cursor and Claude Code as primary instruments. Four tracks are available: Rust, Next.js, Flutter, and DevOps.

We value engineers who think before they code, write specifications before implementations, and treat AI tools as amplifiers — not replacements — for engineering judgment.
