Job Description:
Project GoGo USA is a cabinet company specializing in cabinet supply for new construction and rehab multi-family apartment projects. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks in our office.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation:

Starting rate: $20 – $22 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:

Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Perform data entry and maintain organized digital and physical files
Assist with preparing documents such as proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and submittals
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, installers, and field staff
Track project paperwork including contracts, change orders, and job folders
Assist with scheduling deliveries, installations, and inspections as needed
Support basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking and job cost documentation
Order office supplies and maintain office organization
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
