The Role:

As an Amazon Listing & SEO Specialist, you’ll create compelling content for Amazon, e-commerce sites, and other digital platforms. Your focus will be on optimizing listings with engaging images, keyword-rich copy, and Amazon A+ content, all while adhering to Amazon’s guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and optimize brand stores, product pages, and A+ content to drive traffic and sales.
  • Advertising: Create and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads, understanding key metrics like Sessions, Conversions, and CTR.
  • Listing Optimization: Perform keyword optimization and competitor analysis across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
  • Account Management: Work with the Amazon Account Manager to resolve issues, manage deals, and update product information in Seller Central and other databases.
  • Policy Compliance: Stay updated on Amazon’s listing policies, identify potential violations, and work with the Product Manager to address them.
  • Troubleshooting: Handle listing errors, pricing issues, and other problems, and communicate with Amazon Seller Support as needed.
  • Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop strategies for pricing, ads, promotions, and increasing traffic and conversions.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in Amazon product or account management.
  • Skills: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in market research, data analytics, and managing products on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, etc.
  • Tools: Skilled in GSuit (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong analytical skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Analytical mindset with project management experience.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop or similar design tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
  • 1-3+ years of content writing and A+ Content creation experience.
