About the Role:

We’re looking for phone representatives to help business owners by setting high-quality appointments with qualified clients for elite sales teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone Sales: This job is 100% phone-based. You’ll be using leads provided by the company. This isn’t telemarketing; it’s a career opportunity focused on building business relationships.
  • Set Up Meetings: Aim to arrange at least four one-on-one meetings with key decision-makers each day.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to ensure meetings are executed effectively.
  • Report: Provide daily updates on your activity and results.
  • Improve Performance: Actively seek feedback and coaching from management to enhance your performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of successful phone sales experience in B2B or B2C settings.
  • Skills and Traits: You should be unstoppable, coachable, highly driven, resourceful, results-oriented, and passionate about helping businesses grow. You must also be persuasive, assertive, honest, detail-oriented, sociable, and have excellent phone skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work from home or anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
