We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support clients with travel and tour services. The role involves assisting customers before, during, and after their trips by handling inquiries, reservations, changes, and general travel support while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding travel packages, tours, flights, and accommodations
Assist customers with bookings, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations
Provide accurate information on itineraries, pricing, availability, and travel requirements
Coordinate with vendors, tour operators, and internal teams to resolve customer issues
Handle complaints and service disruptions professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate customer records and booking details in the system
Follow company policies, travel regulations, and data privacy guidelines
Upsell or recommend relevant travel services when appropriate
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
Prior customer service experience preferred (travel or hospitality experience is an advantage)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, booking systems, or CRM tools
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
