Job Summary
We are looking for a PHP Full Stack Developer cum Designer who can develop dynamic web applications and design user-friendly web pages using strong UI & UX principles. The candidate should be skilled in both backend development and modern frontend/UI design, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and great user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Development Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP
- Work on backend logic, database design, and API integration
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks
- Integrate front-end designs with backend functionality
- Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability
- Debug, test, and maintain existing applications
- UI/UX & Design Responsibilities
- Design modern, user-friendly web pages based on UI & UX principles
- Create wireframes, layouts, and prototypes
- Ensure consistent branding, colors, typography, and design standards
- Improve user journey and usability across web pages
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design and user requirements
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of PHP
- Experience with MySQL / databases
- Frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience with UI/UX design principles
- Familiarity with responsive design
- Knowledge of frameworks (Laravel preferred) is an advantage
- Experience with Git / version control
Design Skills
- UI/UX design tools such as Figma / Adobe XD / Photoshop
- Understanding of user behavior and usability
- Ability to convert designs into functional web pages
Soft Skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Time management and multitasking skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT / Design or equivalent experience
- 8–12 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio of web development & design projects (preferred)
