CROSSMARK is a company that helps businesses with sales and marketing. We are looking for a Reset Merchandiser to join our team. The Reset Merchandiser’s main job is to help rearrange products in stores according to a new plan. This could involve rebuilding whole sections of a store by stocking or restocking items based on a planogram, which is like a blueprint for store shelves.

Job Responsibilities

  • Efficiently perform store tasks.
  • Use designated systems to report completed tasks on the same day.
  • Communicate well with store team members about tasks, sales activities, promotions, and goals.
  • Complete required training programs.
  • Use CROSSMARK’s communication tools to plan, report, and review work accurately.
  • Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as instructed.
  • Work together with the team as scheduled.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Implement store schematics and planograms by moving shelves, fixtures, and products.
  • Remove discontinued items and replace them with new products according to the planogram.
  • Follow directions for tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves.
  • Complete timely and accurate reports (web-based) for recaps, expense reports, timesheets, etc.

Job Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
  • Be comfortable using a computer and familiar with programs like Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to stand, walk, use hands to handle items, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Some tasks may require physical activity such as moving shelves and building fixtures.

Tools and Transportation

  • Daily access to the internet, a printer, and a phone.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between work locations.
  • Some basic tools may be needed (e.g., hammer, screwdriver, tape measure).

Work Environment

  • Work primarily in retail stores with occasional travel.
  • Some projects may start early in the morning (e.g., 6am).

Language Skills

  • Must be proficient in English; bilingual skills may be required based on business needs.

Starting Salary

CAD $15.50 per hour to start.
