We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Representative to join our team remotely. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Ideal for individuals who are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently from home.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems

Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness
Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
Generate basic reports as required
Meet productivity and accuracy targets
Communicate with team members via email or messaging platforms

Qualifications & Skills

Previous data entry or administrative experience (preferred, not required)

Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection
