The Property Listing Specialist is responsible for posting and managing apartment rental listings on online marketplaces. This role involves publishing provided rental listings, responding to renter inquiries, and helping potential applicants. All listings, photos, apartment descriptions, and FAQ training data will be provided.
This is a remote, temporary, commission based position. The Property Listing Specialist does not screen or approve applicants. Success in this role is driven by customer service, responsiveness, and clear communication.
The position begins with 1-3 rental listings and may expand beyond those listings based on the Specialist’s performance. The role requires consistent monitoring of messages and timely follow-up with interested renters to ensure a smooth and simple application process.
The work can be completed using a computer or smartphone with internet access. Candidates must be U.S based and able to communicate professionally in Eglish. Spanish language skills are helpful but not required.
