Child Care Teacher

Educational Qualification: HS diploma or equivalent (minimum)

We are seeking a new team member to join our childcare team!  This individual will maintain a safe and warm environment for children while implementing a provided curriculum of varied, age appropriate, and engaging activities.  

Responsibilities

• Engage children in activities designed to promote developmental growth.
• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Follow schedules and routines
• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with students, parents and coworkers.
• Abide by childcare compliance regulations and program policies
• Maintain the health and safety of all students.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a licensed childcare center strongly preferred 
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with families
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to successfully pass a thorough background check
