Construction Assistant (Travel Required – Mon–Fri) Full-Time | Construction / Telecommunications | We are a fast‑growing construction company specializing in upgrading cell phone towers and wireless sites across NC & SC. We’re looking for a highly motivated Assistant who is ready to travel with our crew Monday through Friday as needed and support our foremen on active job sites. What You’ll Do

Assist foremen with all computer‑based tasks and documentation
Take and organize site photos
Run for materials and supplies as needed
Maintain accurate records and job site information
Support daily operations to keep projects running smoothly
Step in confidently, take charge when needed, and adapt quickly to new tasks
What We’re Looking For

Someone who is comfortable traveling regularly (Mon–Fri). You will be required to stay out of town Monday – Friday. There are some instances where we are local and be home during the week. Home every Friday, for the weekend.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented
Fast learner who can work independently
Needs to be able to lift at least 50-70lbs
Able to jump in the work trailer and strap down equipment if needed
Must be able to drive an F250 and if you can pull a trailer – that is a PLUS
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Tech‑savvy and able to handle basic computer tasks
A proactive mindset — someone who sees what needs to be done and does it
