WHAT IS KIDSTRONG? At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids and children. Our private training centers focus on the brain, physical and character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong is a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by our professional coaches and instructors! KidStrong is rapidly growing and we’re looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives.

This is not a typical coaching job. At KidStrong, you’ll be part of a powerful movement to help parents build confident, capable, and resilient kids—through science-based training that combines physical development, character building, and cognitive growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead high-energy, science-backed classes for children walking to 11 years old
Coach with a clear, motivating presence—while keeping safety and fun top of mind
Support and communicate with parents about their child’s progress and development
Collaborate with a team of passionate coaches and staff to deliver consistent excellence
Grow your own leadership skills with ongoing training and advancement opportunities
WHAT YOU BRING:
Background in fitness, child development, education, OT/PT, or coaching young children
Strong classroom or group instruction skills (kids + parents)
Comfortable speaking with parents and explaining developmental milestones
Intermediate knowledge of body mechanics, movement, and youth fitness
CPR certified (or willing to get certified before start date)
Positive, reliable, and self-motivated—with a “no task too small” mindset
