We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Crypto Operations Specialist to remotely manage and monitor cryptocurrency transactions across multiple blockchain networks. This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in the United States. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, timely, and secure processing of digital asset transactions while following internal controls and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Process, monitor, and verify cryptocurrency transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers).
Track transaction confirmations using blockchain explorers.
Manage and monitor company crypto wallets securely.
Identify, investigate, and resolve failed or delayed transactions.
Maintain accurate transaction logs, reports, and audit trails.
Communicate with internal teams regarding transaction status and issues.
Follow AML/KYC procedures and internal risk controls.
Stay updated on blockchain network changes, gas fees, and security best practices.
Ensure operational accuracy while working independently in a remote environment.
Requirements
Reside in the United States and authorized to work remotely.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Hands-on experience with crypto wallets and blockchain explorers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle financial data securely.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
Good written communication skills.
Prior experience in crypto, fintech, or digital payments is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience with centralized or decentralized exchanges.
Understanding of Ethereum gas fees and multi-chain transactions.
Familiarity with compliance practices (AML/KYC).
Experience working in a fully remote role.
