Job Description:
We are hiring a Manager / Senior Manager – Internal Audit for a leading *Real Estate *organization located at BKC, Mumbai. The role requires strong experience in internal audit, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting, preferably within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting Internal Audits including Statutory and Compliance Audits
Handling Income Tax assessments and filings
Monitoring and reviewing tax liability and compliance
Preparation and review of MIS reports
Finalization of accounts and coordination with auditors
Ensuring adherence to statutory, regulatory, and internal controls
Identifying audit gaps, risk areas, and recommending process improvements
Liaising with internal stakeholders and external auditors
Key Requirements:
CA qualified
4–7 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit
Mandatory experience in Real Estate industry
Strong knowledge of statutory audit, compliance, taxation, and accounts
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Candidates should be currently based in Mumbai
