Position Summary:
The Remote Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining member and operational data within internal systems. This role ensures that information is processed efficiently, securely, and in compliance with organizational standards and confidentiality policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input, verify, and update member and program data in internal databases and systems.
Review documents for completeness and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Meet established productivity and quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
