About the Role:
We are looking for a Low-Code Workflow Consultant with expertise in workflow automation platforms like Cflow, Kissflow, Pipefy, and other low-code/no-code tools. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize automated workflows, manage routing logic, system configurations, and integrations. Knowledge of AI-driven workflow creation is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities using low-code platforms.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows with low-code solutions.
- Configure routing logic, approvals, and custom workflows to meet business needs.
- Integrate workflows with other systems (CRM, ERP, HRMS, etc.).
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams or clients for smooth workflow adoption.
- Monitor and optimize workflows to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Stay updated on workflow automation trends, including AI-based and low-code solutions.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong experience in workflow design, routing logic, and system configurations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Cflow, Kissflow, Pipefy, or similar low-code workflow platforms.
- Experience with integrations and API connections.
- Understanding of AI-driven workflow creation is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and process optimization skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, process consulting, or low-code solutions.
