About the Role:
We are looking for a Workflow Automation Specialist with expertise in workflow automation platforms like Cflow, Kissflow, Pipefy, and similar tools. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize automated business workflows, manage routing logic, system configurations, and integrations. Knowledge of AI-driven workflow creation is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for workflow automation.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows using Cflow and related platforms.
- Configure routing logic, approvals, and custom workflows to match organizational needs.
- Integrate workflows with other systems (CRM, ERP, HRMS, etc.).
- Provide guidance and training to teams for smooth adoption of workflow automation.
- Monitor and optimize workflows to ensure efficiency, reliability, and performance.
- Stay updated on workflow automation trends, including AI-driven solutions.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong experience in workflow design, routing logic, and configurations.
- Hands-on knowledge of platforms like Cflow, Kissflow, Pipefy, or similar.
- Experience with system integrations and API-based connections.
- Understanding of AI-driven workflow creation is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and process optimization skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, process optimization, or related roles.
