The Role:

We are seeking a Keyword Researcher with a passion for uncovering opportunities to develop successful physical products on Amazon. This role is crucial for our product development and revenue growth. The right candidate will be dedicated to creating products that customers love.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Product Development Managers with research and development tasks.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee product inspections and testing to ensure they meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Organize and track testing and inspection documents.
• Conduct research on testing and compliance requirements for products.
• Analyze and resolve product complaints and quality issues according to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and update procedures for handling product complaints and inspections.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product research, development, and compliance monitoring for Amazon.
• Proven track record of discovering or developing successful products.
• Knowledge of product safety, compliance, and quality assurance.
• Strong time management, communication, and research skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Creative with a keen eye for product trends.
• Must be located outside the U.S.
