Educational Qualification: Masters/Bachelors Degree in Computers
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Applications Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support business processes and drive operational efficiency. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to implement custom applications, integrations, and automation within the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and components using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
Develop automation processes including workflows, process builder, and Flow.
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Salesforce applications.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
Experience with Salesforce integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar).
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, etc.).
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).
