🔹 Role Overview
As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects within the company. Most of these projects will be delivered in PDF format, and your primary responsibility will be to assign these project PDFs to employees and ensure they are completed according to the required structure and formatting guidelines.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily project operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Receive project PDFs and assign them to the appropriate employee.
Ensure employees correctly format each project according to our requested layout and requirements.
Review completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
Provide guidance, clarification, and support to employees during project execution.
Maintain clear communication with team members and report progress to management.
Ensure deadlines are met and project standards are upheld.
