We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Engineer to design and develop scalable microservices and backend systems that support high-volume applications. The role involves building secure APIs, optimizing backend performance, and deploying cloud-native applications using modern DevOps and container technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot
Build secure RESTful APIs and implement business logic, validation, and exception handling
Apply concurrent programming techniques (multithreading, CompletableFuture) for high-performance applications
Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka for asynchronous processing
Optimize backend systems to handle large datasets and high request volumes
Containerize applications using Docker and deploy to Kubernetes environments
Integrate databases such as MongoDB and optimize queries for performance
Implement monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
Ensure secure coding practices and maintain code quality using automated scans
Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
Requirements:

Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
Experience building REST APIs and microservices architectures
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments (AWS preferred)
Experience with databases such as MongoDB or SQL
Familiarity with Kafka or event-driven systems
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
