Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team for the seasonal camp reopening period. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
Take messages and return calls as needed.
Provide accurate responses to basic questions regarding services and equipment.
Act as a contact point for customers, directing them to the appropriate resources or team members.
Use Zoho system to log notes and update tickets for the team.
Access the customer portal to check equipment status and provide updates.
Maintain a courteous and helpful demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
Located in the USA.
High school diploma or equivalent; college students or retirees’ welcome.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
