Overview
 
Dr. Development is building remote outbound sales teams and looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to find strong remote talent such as cold callers, appointment setters, and virtual assistants

Responsibilities

• Post job ads on multiple platforms

• Search for candidates on job boards and social platforms

• Screen applicants and review resumes

• Conduct short first interviews (10–15 minutes)

• Record interviews and send the best candidates to management

• Maintain a database of candidates

• Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants

• Build a pipeline of talent for future hiring

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting or sourcing preferred

• Strong English communication skills

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable conducting interviews on Zoom

• Experience hiring remote workers is a plus

• Ability to work independently
