We are looking for a results-driven No-Code Workflow Consultant to design, implement, and optimize business process automation using no-code and low-code workflow platforms. The ideal candidate will analyze business operations, build automated workflows, configure routing logic, and implement system integrations to improve operational efficiency. Experience with AI-driven workflow creation is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Design and implement no-code workflow solutions to streamline operations.
Configure workflow rules, routing logic, approval processes, and notifications.
Customize forms, dashboards, and system configurations based on business needs.
Implement integrations with third-party applications (CRM, ERP, HRMS, and other enterprise systems).
Optimize and troubleshoot existing workflows for performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
Provide training and support to users on workflow automation platforms.
Support AI-powered workflow creation and intelligent process automation initiatives (preferred).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with no-code workflow platforms such as Cflow, Kissflow, Pipefy, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of workflow design, process automation, and business process optimization.
Experience configuring routing logic, approval hierarchies, and workflow rules.
Knowledge of API integrations and system connectivity.
Familiarity with low-code/no-code development environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in business process management (BPM) or process automation consulting.
Exposure to AI-based workflow automation and intelligent workflows.
Understanding of enterprise system integrations and automation best practices.
