5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or sales leadership role.
Strong experience in B2C and B2B customer service and sales
Background in BPO, call center, or service-oriented industries
Proven ability to close deals and lead sales teams
Experience with cold calling, outbound sales, and pipeline management
Strong understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, and performance analysis
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
English language proficiency is a must
