We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join an innovative AI project in the healthcare and rehabilitation sector. In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise to help train, evaluate, and improve AI systems, ensuring they align with best practices in occupational therapy and effectively support patient independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities include:
Developing and curating occupational therapy training materials for AI systems.
Collaborating with engineers and data scientists to enhance AI understanding of rehabilitation processes.
Analyzing patient case data to define best-practice therapy goals and simulated outcomes.
Contributing to the design and validation of AI-driven therapy programs and digital tools.
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and providing expert feedback to improve AI performance.
Required Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR or equivalent) with clinical experience (acute care, pediatrics, home health, or industrial rehab).
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Experience assessing and planning rehabilitation programs.
Ability to analyze complex medical data and work in a remote, tech-enabled environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in AI, health tech, or digital health projects.
Background in assistive technology, low vision therapy, or related specialties.
Familiarity with user research or UX/UI for healthcare applications.
Payment: USD from 82 to 287 USD.
